How I work

Most outages and slowdowns don't stay inside one system. I'm at my best when the cause could be in the network, the server, the identity, the device, or the cloud, and someone has to trace it end to end.

Cross-layer troubleshooting

I follow a problem through every layer it touches, from the firewall to the endpoint to the cloud tenant, instead of stopping at the first plausible cause.

Modernization that ships

I lead initiatives such as Intune and Windows Autopilot rollouts, Azure connectivity, and server and data migrations from design through production support.

Compliance-ready by default

Hardening, segmentation, privileged-access reviews, audit logging, and documentation are part of the build, which makes HIPAA and SOC 2 evidence easier to produce.
